"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

It took a while to get the insurance company to deal with but once I had the go ahead... It was almost over and done. They arrived on a Wednesday morning, worked half day gutting the room. Then on Thursdaybitcwas all business. Building, rebuilding, laying a new floor ftom the joists up. Plumbing, replumbing and installing a new toilet and shower. So much had to be replaced, way above what was initially seen by insurance company. But Kellys crew did it ALL. By the following Monday afternoon I had a brand new, functional, logical bathroom. I would very highly recommend this company. Its very difficult to find any company to do work on a modular or manufactured home of any variety. Kellys Trim is your company.
