Within 1 hour and 20 minutes of his arrival, the leak was repaired and the new water heater was installed. I could not have been more pleased. When John handed me the invoice it was only $625. I told him he had quoted me $675. He said that the job went exceptionally smooth and that $625 was all I owed him. I could not have been more impressed with Advance Plumbing Services punctuality, professionalism or price. I will be using them from here on out for all of my personal plumbing needs as well as my rental properties."
