"I called this company & immediately Mike called me back. We set up an appointment & Mike was on time, bringing beautiful samples with him. He explained the differences regarding vinyl & other materials. The workers were here on time..They took away the old rug & installed a beautiful floor. They were professional & the clean up was great. I highly recommend this company."

"Where do I start? Susan got back to me very quickly and responsively over email and telephone, and was even able to stop by the same day to show us flooring. Which, by the way, happened to be a Friday night at around 8:00 p.m. After showing us a few floors and offering options we were on our way. She was able to offer advice about how to (not to scam) but to get the rest of our floor covered under our insurance claim. Insurance providers only offered the bare minimum in floor replacement, but Susan with her knowledge was able to advise that the insurance company should be covering more of the floor due to the spec and knowledge of what was here. After explaining that to our insurance company they quickly agreed that her assessment was correct which helped to cover and keep beautiful the rest of the house. The actual installers were extremely quick to get the floor down (I was shocked), what I thought would be an all day affair took no more than 4-5 hours to get done. I'd recommend to neighbors in the area if they needed flooring and show them our floor as an example."

"We has a challenge from the beginning as we were trying to match the color for our 15 year old hardwood floors. Parag from VCH Flooring provided us with multiple options and we were to closely match the colors to our existing floors. The entire team was professional and courteous. They answered all my questions and installed the new hardwood floors with great care. The work was completed in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our new floors and would definitely recommend them to everyone!!!"

"Simply put, Premier Carpet & Flooring is the best flooring provider we have ever used. Brian, the owner, is a great guy and is very personable. My brother had used them for a big job, and based on his positive experience and seeing the work done myself first hand, I drove about an hour down to their store in Lawrenceville to check out the showroom. Although the company is down in Lawrenceville, they had no issue driving 1 hr or so to our home in Scotch Plains to perform the work. The quality of the product is excellent and the pricing is definitely more than reasonable and competitive. Brian worked with us, so we got everything we wanted product-wise for an amount within our desired budget given how big the project was. We can already see a big difference with our home after having the new flooring installed. The new carpeting looks great and really highlights the color of the walls now that we went with a lighter shade for the flooring. The LVT with cork backing we had installed in a smaller room in our basement (will be used as an office now) looks beautiful. Brian's crew also installed quarter round and threshold molding around the LVT for a nice added touch. The crew, led by Augusto, was outstanding. They arrived on time and work very efficiently. It's actually very cool to watch how carpet is removed and installed on stairs, but you also see how laborious the process is. Augusto and his crew were clearly pros and made the process look quick and easy. The quality of their work cannot be justified by an Angie's List review, you have to see it in person to appreciate how great a job they do. Augusto and his crew were even courteous enough to add some additional quarter round they found in their truck to a section of our basement where the old quarter round had previously broken off. The clean up was much appreciated as well. These guys brought their own trash bags, brooms, and wet/dry vacuum and were constantly cleaning up both during and after the work was done--you'd have never even known they were there. Ultimately, this was a great experience from start to finish and I have already recommended Premier to all my family and friends. We will definitely use them in the future as needed.

"Eddie showed up on time to give me a fair, reasonable quote for my vinyl flooring. The job was accepted and work began shortly after. With only the one hiccup being that there was confusion on how much flooring was needed, everything went very smoothly and looks incredible. The work was done very quickly and very efficiently and I could not be happier with the outcome!"

"Excellent grade of flooring material and professional workmanship of installation."

"The installers did a fantastic job and worked so hard! Very efficient and they even cleaned up. Im very happy with my new shower tub combo. I forgot to mention that they also had to remove a giant hot tub bath that I hated. Perfect! Thank you so much."

"I did re-finishing and repair of my old wood floor. They also stain floor molding for me, and rail, and did nice saddles-transition between different floor. But they did not do shoe molding for me, also recommended to me. My question is if you do floor refinishing, why don't you do shoe molding also to provide full service regarding the floors to the customer?"

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."
