During the consultation, he explained what the issues were and what was causing my roof to leak. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions which I appreciated. Day of roof install, he checked in with me throughout the day and gave me updates on the progress. His team was professional throughout the whole process. At end of the install, he showed me pictures of the roof so I could see the finished project. "The owner came and gave me free estimates to do Chimney Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, and fixing some roof shingles. Then, due to weather and staffing issues, they had to reschedule my work for few times. At one point, I asked them whether they are going to take care of me or do I need to look for someone else. The owner told me sorry and said he will compensate multiple rescheduling by doing my work free of charge. I trusted them and they completed all work on a scheduled day and free of cost, yes, that's true. My wait and trust in them paid off. I was happy with the work done and recommend their service."

They have a total of 16 people working for them and usually have 3-4 people on one job. There were ceiling leaks in two rooms and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately. Prior to a major rain storm he came out and put a tarp over the leaky portion of the roof. The crew that did the work were very professional and finished in one day. Andre the crew leader took pictures of the finished job to show me. John and Lou both showed up during the day to see how the job was comming along.
