We didn't have any obvious signs of mold but our son has asthma and my wife wanted to have the inspection/testing done to be sure. We had a flood about 5 years ago and she wanted to be certain we had no hidden pocket of mold spores causing health issues. After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. We are satisfied with the service given and are even looking to rehire them to some work they recommended."
