"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. I will post some pictures of how our house started and how it is now that they’re done."

"My husband and I were very pleased with the entire 5 week experience when working with Bob and would recommend him very highly. His work was excellent and completed in a timely manner. He was lovely to work with and provided us great insight with our projects. He had a number projects he was working on in our home and many that had rather intricate wood working which he completed with perfection. He was able to reuse our existing doors for our pocket doors and was very clear about pricing throughout the project. Bob also was so clean which I very much appreciated! "We contracted Tim to build an 2 bedroom addition onto our 2 BR ranch home. We had him take care of everything except the painting and carpeting. This also included a new unfinished (but insulated) basement, and creating a new hallway through an existing room. An initial visit was done in October 2016, plans drawn up shortly after. A proposal was written up within a few weeks and agreed to. Excavation did not start until March 2017 (which is a perfectly acceptable weather delay due to Winter), and everything was more or less smooth sailing from there on out. Tim's part of the work was complete by May 21, so it was roughly about 2.5 months for the whole addition - which was comfortably ahead of schedule. He installed a ceiling fan and did some other minor electrical work for us. He was also able to install the hardie plank siding that we wanted around the front of the house for us as well. Tim was very professional and knew his way around the building code like no other. His subcontractors were courteous and professional as well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any developments throughout the entire project.
