"I am so happy that we found Krain Construction. Brian and his crew really brought our vision to life. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel. Bob did brilliant work moving ducts and with his finishing work to make the house look as though the wall had never been there. "We contracted Tim to build an 2 bedroom addition onto our 2 BR ranch home. We had him take care of everything except the painting and carpeting. This also included a new unfinished (but insulated) basement, and creating a new hallway through an existing room. An initial visit was done in October 2016, plans drawn up shortly after. A proposal was written up within a few weeks and agreed to. Excavation did not start until March 2017 (which is a perfectly acceptable weather delay due to Winter), and everything was more or less smooth sailing from there on out. Tim's part of the work was complete by May 21, so it was roughly about 2.5 months for the whole addition - which was comfortably ahead of schedule. He installed a ceiling fan and did some other minor electrical work for us. He was also able to install the hardie plank siding that we wanted around the front of the house for us as well. Tim was very professional and knew his way around the building code like no other. His subcontractors were courteous and professional as well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any developments throughout the entire project. "Rough Diamond Construction Company did an excellent job remodeling my family room/basement. Nate's attention to detail and his expertise was well worth every dollar paid. He was always in contact with me as well as advocating for me when I had a water problem in my basement with the company who initially made the repair. Because of the water problem I experienced in the summer, I decided to have the entire room renovated - new floors, walls, ceiling, doors, etc. Nate and his crew were professional and efficient. "We had contracted Anthony and team to update our foyer and living space in our recently purchased home. This included creating an opening and adding support in a load bearing wall, demolishing an existing closet, creating a new partition walls and bulkhead, installing new hardwood flooring and baseboards in three rooms. Communication with Anthony throughout the project was a breeze; he is extremely responsive. Once the project started, they were able to complete the work in the time that they promised. They took the necessary precautions to protect the floors and the walls during demolition and left the space neat once the work was done. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the specification of the bulkhead. But Anthony was nice enough to rectify the problem and did not charge me extra for it! I have other work planned in the future and will definitely reach out to A&J Contracting!"

"My deck was in major need of a structural repair because it had safety issues. The deck is still in good overall shape so I did not want to tear it all down and start from scratch. After several attempts contacting other company’s, John was the only one who reached out to me and was willing to do this kind of repair. It is so sad that other companies are not willing to take on “smaller” jobs or at least with a fair estimate (I find they overbid for job they don’t want to do so you say no). But by no means was this a smaller job. John and his crew worked very hard to fix the problems and get the job done. John is very knowledgeable and dependable and I would highly recommend him.
