"Bob Cullen was referred to us by our plumber after we had a horrific experience with a general contractor. We had already purchased most of the materials for our full bathroom remodel, which were sitting in our dining room. Bob not only got us on his schedule as soon as possible, but he truly took away all of our anxiety during a very stressful time. He explained everything to us, including different options and construction materials, in a very clear way. His price was very reasonable, and he was willing to do everything we wanted, including time-consuming cutouts in the shower. He was an excellent communicator, and kept us aware of the timetable during each phase of the project. He was so personable and easy to work with that it was truly a pleasure to have him and his assistant, Jesse, in our home. We would never considering using anyone else as long as Bob is in business."

"Crews worked almost three full days with only short lunch breaks. Shed looks like brand new and repairs were a lot cheaper than having to demolish, add foundation and new shed. Garage door framing looks great with new recently installed garage doors. Crew let us know when they would arrive each day and were prompt and they did great job of cleaning up. "We contracted Tim to build an 2 bedroom addition onto our 2 BR ranch home. We had him take care of everything except the painting and carpeting. This also included a new unfinished (but insulated) basement, and creating a new hallway through an existing room. An initial visit was done in October 2016, plans drawn up shortly after. A proposal was written up within a few weeks and agreed to. Excavation did not start until March 2017 (which is a perfectly acceptable weather delay due to Winter), and everything was more or less smooth sailing from there on out. Tim's part of the work was complete by May 21, so it was roughly about 2.5 months for the whole addition - which was comfortably ahead of schedule. He installed a ceiling fan and did some other minor electrical work for us. He was also able to install the hardie plank siding that we wanted around the front of the house for us as well. Tim was very professional and knew his way around the building code like no other. His subcontractors were courteous and professional as well. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. Tim was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date on any developments throughout the entire project.
