"This was a tricky project. The concrete porch needed to be demoed first and then it needed a permit from borough before deck could be actually installed. There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. Andrew handled this exceptionally well and made sure the deck is created up to code and to inspectors satisfaction. Very happy with the end result. He is definitely a quality contractor.
