"I am very unsatisfied with my experience. I called the office to talk about my projects and get a quote on the jobs that I needed completed. We discussed all three jobs. The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. "

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager that is rude. There was a small equipment issue (I heard Joe fighting with his cutter, and anyone with a mechanic in their life understands that this is par for the course lol), but the final product turned out great! He even factored in the unique positioning required for the lock to work best, taking into account the natural shape of the old wooden door and its glass window. The price was beyond reasonable (dare I say downright affordable!) and the time it took was less than projected. ‘Under budget’ for both time and money is a dream to everyone looking for services! I will definitely be calling on TrokStar again!"
