"Cleaned out 2-car garage of materials left by previous owner so that all that remained were bare walls. Moved washer, dryer and deep sink to back patio. Required a dumpster. Adjusted location of deep sink to provide more room for washer and dryer. Repaired wall box for washer previously damaged by installation people. Repaired damage to walls and ceiling. Primed and painted walls and ceiling. Replaced broken attic access stairs. Installed new window blinds, hangers for garden tools, and assembled 3 6'x4' storage racks. Pressure washed garage floor, and applied 2-step epoxy coating. Cost of service below is for labor and all all materials. Jeff and Michael were easy to work with, and provided advice and assistance all through the project. Worker was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to using them on future remodeling projects."

"How lucky l am to choose Marcello to build my shed! He was very conscientious and called the manufacturer for a question about the anchors. He stopped by Lowe’s to buy the right ones that he needed. He worked very hard with a partner for 5 hours. He went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Top quality guys and I definitely will be hiring them again."

"Raul was amazing to work with for a complete rescreening of our pool enclosure. He responded promptly via text message after our initial inquiry letting us know he would be able to schedule a visit for an estimate within two days. He was able to offer quotes on the spot during the initial visit for partial repair and complete rescreening, and had the work schedule for the same weekend. He kindly explained everything that would be done and was in communication with us throughout the process. He and his team are such professionals and I highly recommend RGA Solutions for your screen needs."

"They installed a screen door in place of a fixed panel. When they removed the old panel, they left a mess on the ground, including metal screws. projectiles for the lawn mower. The caulking job around the door was bad. But the owner came back himself to fix the problem. Door has been working great since. They also changed a couple of screens for me."

FAQs for door or window screens install or repair projects in Orlando, FL

Most off-the-shelf screens come in fixed sizes, ranging from 18 inches by 20 inches to 36 inches by 74 inches, which fit the vast majority of residential windows. If your opening falls outside that range or has a unique shape, you’ll need a custom screen built to the exact measurements. Going custom ensures a secure fit, a solid barrier against bugs, and a clean, finished look.

The decision to repair or replace your screen depends on the extent of the damage. Small holes or tears in otherwise solid mesh can be patched, and a sturdy frame usually doesn’t need to go anywhere. However, once the frame is bent or the mesh is brittle and fraying in several spots, replacement becomes a more sensible option—and often proves to be less costly in the long run. Take a close look at both parts before making a decision.

To rescreen a window, start by prying out the old spline, then lift the torn mesh from the frame. Lay the new screen over the frame, allowing about an inch of excess on all sides, and hold it in place while pressing fresh spline into the groove with a roller. Check that the mesh is taut—many pros rest a small brick on it while they work—then trim the overhang with a utility knife.

Most window screens last for 10 to 12 years. Time, sun, and weather gradually make the mesh brittle, so you’ll start to see sagging, rips, or thinning spots that let bugs get through. Check the screens each season; if the mesh crumbles or the frame warps, it’s time to replace them to keep air flowing and pests outside.

Most pros can swap out a screen in 10 minutes to an hour. A quick pop‑in replacement goes fastest, while fitting new mesh into an existing frame or working on a hard‑to‑reach upper window adds time. Either way, plan for at least a few extra minutes per screen so the installer can verify the fit and ensure the spline is seated correctly.
