Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. "Our only complaint about Metro Reconstruction was the length of time it took to start the job. However, it’s hard to fault a company whose popularity and good work actually created their wait list. Ben explained that several of his other stucco projects had hidden complications that delayed the start of our small job. But in the end, our patience was rewarded and we were very happy with the result. Here’s a brief recap. In late December 2015, six months after we signed the contract, Ben contacted us to let us know that our stucco repair was next in line.
