"More projects in the future"

"Did a great job building my front porch deck. Very personable and professional."

"Great team performing the work.. great communication with all involved with the deck replacement. The crew also built a Gazebo kit on the new deck. Overall the entire process went smooth and the crew was very professional.. highly recommended..."

"JTR construction replaced and widened an existing deck in record time and at a superb value. My review echoes the others on these review pages in underscoring the excellent work done by Josh and his fine associate, Darren. From start to finish, everything went well. At a bad time (covid) the work was done ideally, with me even adding minor aspects to the job that were handled seamlessly. From the minute I initially met Josh and sensed that he would be a splendid artisan, to the end of the project, I was happy that I had miraculously met such a fine worker (workers, plural, actually). The recommended deck material, Azek, is excellent; the craftsmanship in construction is likewise--deep footings, plus everything else that's needed for a deck to last forever. Lots of care taken with the house and door opening onto deck when an adjustment to doorsill was needed. Meticulous attention to detail, and of course the property was left in primo condition when the work was finished. And they worked in uncomfortable rain. The planter boxes made also as replacements for a bleak assortment are stunning, with beautiful tops to sit on, made from wood that they chose. I'm sure I was saved $ by other choice of materials they made. I was provided useful info about soil needed for the boxes (quantity and type). Working with Josh (& Darren) was like having the best brothers imaginable dealing with a project. I felt completely comfortable every step of the way knowing that work was being done to superior standards; clearly I know nothing about such type of construction. Needless to say, having such a fabulous job done during the covid crisis provided a huge emotional boost. Thanks to both men--and to Josh for building me a sieve for pulverizing lumpy dirt, a wonderful birthday present, exquisitely constructed. We were all sorry that the social distancing in process obviated the fun of hanging out with them during the 4 lively days at our place. Highest recommendations possible to JTR. Best kept secret in Portland metro area. We'll be telling everyone about them for sure."

"Excellent experience all around. The crew had to fix dry rot on the house first. They were very skilled at that. The second crew built the decks. Both crews were prompt, proficient and pleasant. They did all of the work in the cold pouring rain and then in the snow. The decks are sturdy and beautiful. Micah, the owner is professional and very easy to deal with. He was very responsive to my inquiries by phone or email."

"Originally, I called Structured Holdings L.L.C. for a deck repair bid on a home I was in contract to purchase. Aaron completed the bid, but I did not buy the home.   3 wks. Later I bought a different home & Aaron completed a few beautiful upgrades! He installed (2) new doors, a barn door with an attractive interface, and a basement privacy door. He also installed custom banister railings to my upstairs, including a removal piece for access as needed. The design was unique and considering it was a concern of mine - he did an outstanding job! He also installed (3) new handrails to code. The paint job was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Aaron was punctual, his work is amazing, and he is reasonably priced. He showed lots of patience with me being a new homeowner by guiding me with my list of needs and safety concerns. I will be calling Structured Holdings L.L.C. again soon! Thank you again Aaron, you have been a blessing to my family :)"

"PEC construction rebuilt our deck with a patio cover and did a fantastic job. Phillip was very easy to coordinate and work with. Pricing was upfront and fair. George did a fantastic job building the deck and patio cover, he had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail."
