"It was difficult to find anyone that installs a dishwasher. Once I saw that installation was in his business name, I knew this was probably a good idea. I had researched pricing for this job on the internet so when he offered his price I knew it was a good deal. He quickly installed the machine and then he spent some time showing me all the functions of my new appliance. He picked up his mess and he would have put all my things back under the sink area, but I offered to do it myself. I asked for several business cards to pass them around."

"We called for a repair on our Asko dishwasher. They said they would need to make two trips-- one for diagnostics and one for the repair. That made sense because we knew that they wouldn't carry spare parts for an Asko around with them. We asked what it would cost for the second visit and they said nothing extra, since we would already have paid for the service call. But after they had completed the diagnostic and called to tell us the proce for the rest of the repair, they said that we would have to pay AGAIN for the repair visit. So that is $250 ON TOP of the actual cost of the parts and labor. <br /> Ridiculously expensive and we would never have agreed to have them out for the diagnostic, if we had know that that was the base price. We are very disappointed in this kind of bad behavior. <br />"
