All the teams working were top quality, respectful professionals who renovated our basement. Titan added in a kitchen, full bathroom, flooring, electrical, lighting, all new plumbing including sump pump and slab cuts. In addition a new HVAC and tankless water heater were installed. "BCM London Construction was contracted through the VA Specially Adapted Housing (SAH) program for my home renovation. I am a disabled veteran who uses a wheelchair, and accessibility and quality were very important. BCM London did an excellent job from start to finish. The project included an accessible ramp from the garage, a complete bathroom tear-down and rebuild with a modern roll-in shower, wheelchair-accessible toilet and sink, and replacing carpet with wood flooring in my bedroom and living room. The new flooring was beautifully matched to the existing kitchen and dining area, and the bathroom turned out especially clean, modern, and functional. The team was professional, on schedule, courteous, and very thorough with cleanup.
