"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing.
