"I had been having running toilet issues for months resulting in a very large water bill.I contacted Angi’s List to have new parts installed. Antonio from Allied responded within minutes and though other companies gave me estimates, they were by far the most reasonably priced. They called to discuss the project and then sent me a written estimate for the job, and told me that if it took less time, they would adjust the cost and charge me less. They made the appointment in less than a week; it was not an emergency. When the tech arrived, he was extremely nice and professional. He advised me I had bought to a wrong part and showed me how he quickly discovered how he could fix what I already had. He then showed me if it happened again, how I could fix it myself. He was very patient with me, who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing, and explained it in terms that I could understand without making me feel inferior. I highly recommend Allied & would not hesitate to use them again!"
