"From the moment they stepped in the door, I knew this would be a reputable company. They put down a floormat, and put footsie s on their feet so they would not track anything in the house. They explained what they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. After they finished with my dryer issue, they also asked how I was maintaining my other appliances. It seems I had been remiss in my refrigerator/freezer maintenance, so they took the time to deal with that also. I have never had Such spotless, personable, intelligent, and efficient technicians come to my house before. I have no reservations in recommending them to others."

"Plumber said it's a good idea to clear plumbing lines every 10 years or so depending upon how much grease, oil, etc each household uses.  I thought that sounded like a good idea to power clean my lines.  I assumed it was included in the price but they charged an additional $400.  I didn't think it was fair since my lines had no problems and looked great.  I was not expecting this additional cost. At the time I couldn't fine their advertisement with all the services included until later. I did not have time (my fault) to do research as to how much these services cost.  They said since they were here anyway why not get the service done now rather than schedule additional service call.
