The workers were respectful and very helpful at explaining the work they did before they left. What really set this outfit apart is Mr. Johnson himself. He always returns calls, his crews show up on time and perform the work expediently. On top of this, when I have had questions about other electrical concerns, Mr. Johnson takes time to have a phone call to consult on the issue. "BK Electric replaced our main electrical panel at our house in October of 2021. They came out on time and completed the work on schedule at a fair price. They even came back and installed a Tesla charger for us a week later. If this was the end of the story, I would have given them 5 stars. A few months ago, over 1.5 years since the work was "completed", we had an LADWP inspector show up to our house saying he was there to inspect the electrical panel since the permit was never finalized, which we had no idea about as we hadn't heard anything from BK and they were paid in full. The inspector issued some corrections, so BK Electric came back out and addressed those corrections and called for reinspection. The inspector came out one morning and BK Electric did not show up to meet with the inspector, so my wife had to do the best she could to answer any questions. The inspector issued additional corrections, which went to BK Electric. That was 2 months ago and I've tried calling and emailing BK Electric multiple times to see when the corrections would be completed and still don't have any clue when or if these corrections will be addressed. I can't believe it's been nearly two years since this work was done and it is still not finalized yet they had no problem cashing the checks we wrote them. I don't know if they just don't want to do the corrections or what the issue is, but at this point I am basically being ghosted by this company. It has been a frustrating experience to say the least and I certainly cannot recommend anyone use them."
