"I have a very, very old dryer that just died. It's located in an enclosed space with the washing machine. I called Lerman Appliance Repair and told them about the age of the dryer and that the depth of the dryer was shorter than the dryers that are on the market now. I asked if they thought it could be repaired. The lovely lady who answered their phone was so knowledgeable and helpful. She and I agreed that it was probably a bad timer and she looked though all her suppler websites to see if a new timer was available to order. She checked everywhere and because the dryer is so old, none were available. Then she said she'd check with a technician when he came back into the office to see if he had any work-around solutions. She'd call me back. She did call me back and they all were wonderful. The only part available was a used part and it couldn't be guaranteed and it was very expensive. She made two suggestions for new dryers that might meet the required depth to solve my problem. I will check them out online but in the meantime I had to write a review to let anyone know how far they went out of their way to help me find a solution even if they didn't come out. All this advice and caring was over the top. I will call them first with any appliance problems I have in the future. I can't remember getting better service. Bravo."

Next, he dismantled the unit, replaced the drain pump and performed other maintenance to the LG unit. After reassembling the unit, he did a test run of the rinse cycle, which operated perfectly. The Zelle payment transaction was professional and smooth. Kevin also gave me a receipt and a business card. The repair was completed about 1 hour. I started a laundry load shortly after Kevin left. The washer / dryer is operating as though it's new."

"Ricky went above and beyond to ensure my repair was done in a timely and excellent manner. He ordered parts, talked me through options, and demonstrated he had my best interest in mind. He was open about the options and creative about what could be done and how. After various trips for parts and hours spent on the project we came up against an impossible situation. The washing machine bolt was stripped and cutting it would mean leaving a part of it in the washer transmission, which would ruin the washing machine. "Will unhesitatingly work with AML Appliance again. Terrific communication leading up to the appointment both in working with my schedule as well as confirming the day before. I had a 3pm-6pm window. Maria called to tell me the technician could be there by 2:30pm. Bob showed precisely on time. He immediately assessed the problem with the dryer and was able to fix it in scant moments. I asked him to not put the bottom panel right away so I could vacuum in there. He insisted on getting in there with vacuum himself which he surely did. not need to do. Top notch work and attitude on all fronts. And all done before the start of the original appointment window."
