"I called Smartron Electric and we scheduled an appt. for 5/11/18 and Ryan called back later the same day to say he finished a job sooner than expected and could make it a day earlier. "From the initial contact to the job completion, Allstar Electric gets an A+!!! Kate called to talk about my needs for repair. She was able to accommodate my tight scheduling needs and was able to get a tech out there the very next day, (A Saturday, no less) Brittney called with about a 45 minute eta for the tech. Shawn, the tech, then called me with about a 20 minute eta. Kate explained to me, on the initial call, that there wasn't a trip fee, which I appreciate. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix the problem for under $300! (The first quote I received was upwards of $1,200 and there was talk of needing to rewire and cut into the drywall) He was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at my home!
