Get matched with top major renovation multiple room pros in Altamonte Springs, FL

"Isaac and his crew were well-priced, beyond prompt, very professional and had exceptional communication during the project. I, absolutely, recommend them and would hire them again without question!"

"The first time I hired One of a Kind Carpenter was to remove a wall and add a closet in a guest room. The work was done so well, that when I decided to close in my carport, Chad was the only call I made. The work is always very professionally done and the quality is outstanding. After a new A/C system was installed in my house I had to have new walls and doors installed to house new duct work and the air handler. Chad's crew made sure everything was done right! Even when there was a couple hiccups, the crew came back and fixed the problem quickly."

"Can't say enough about this company. I'm a local Realtor and I get asked for referrals all the time, I never hesitate to give their number. Not only is the work 5 Star Level, the communication exceeds expectations, which is tough to find in a Contractor. I appreciate it when a company is up front and honest from the beginning, and keeps their promises."

"Good guys! No mess, did great work! Would recommend to anyone."

"Mr. Martin Lacina and his work crew and Juan Holguin his on cite manager, made a commitment to do General work which included Electrical work painting & staining. Minor plumbing baseboards, crown molding and installing new floors. Plus various other project that came up... I can't say enough about how well they worked and cleaned up each day before they left for the day.. They are hard working and my number one factor That I truly cared about was the communication. Bravo!!!! Bravo!!!!! I will use them again and again...."

"Hiring a contractor is always a little nerve-wracking. But after meeting Bill, he helped put things in order in a very logical and easy to understand way. The whole crew was easy to work with with no arrogance - just confidence. The extent of our work was almost a complete first floor remodel with a project span of months. Services completed include interior walls knocked down, studs replaced in many exterior walls, complete kitchen removal and installation, backyard landscape work, new bathrooms down to the studs, stucco work, electrical, hardwood & tile flooring, and more. Bill is competent, confident, professional, and he lights up when talking about how to make kitchens pretty (a must if you have a wife who knows what she wants). He was clear and concise during the entire project that spanned no less than 8 rooms of the house. I would recommend VCI to anyone."

"The best decision for our project! Working with this company on the construction of our new home renovation and addition was an incredible experience from start to finish, what impressed us most was that they didn't just handle the actual construction; they actively assisted us from the design planning phase, contributing brilliant ideas to optimize the space. They are an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced professional team, but what truly sets them apart is his humility and patience. Specially Jesus, he always listened to our concerns, explained every stage of the process clearly and honestly, and never made us feel pressured. Their attention to detail, budget transparency, and quality of work far exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor with impeccable technical knowledge and outstanding personal character, we recommend him with complete confidence."
