"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"The repair guy was friendly, professional and know his stuff. Fixed my washer machine pretty quick."

"I am more than happy with the services provide by C&M Appliance. This is the second time I have used his service and Chris has always been very professional. On time as quoted, very clean and leaves his work area as clean or better then he found it. My washer is working as it did when it was new and my clothes are now clean. I would highly recommend him and his company to others and also use them in the future."

"Requested repair on my refrigerator and Evan came same day. What a relief! Although it is no longer working after having it for 10 years. That bummed me out. But Evan was professional."

"Froggy's called me immediately after I submitted my request on Angi. We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. I appreciate and respect a company willing to provide a few troubleshooting/DIY tips before being eager to charge a service fee. Will definitely call in the event I need help in the future."

"John was great. He had an initial idea of our issue with our microwave and was prepared with parts to fix it. Was thorough and fixed it quickly and efficiently, Was nervous about using an appliance repair company. After calling Sears to request a service quote and was told it would be $250 right off the bat, we tried AAA and was told the service call would be $75. Our total repair bill was right at $150. Well worth it vs. getting a new microwave. Would highly recommend AAA for future appliance repairs."

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"Mr Harris was very professional got the job done in a timely manner his price was very affordable when I need service again Mr Harris would surely be my go to Guy I recommend Good Service Heating and Cooling LLC for all your service needs."

"I had Bob from Sun Service come out to my home and give me a bid to replace my furnace and a/c. He gave me a great price and after about a month I called him to schedule the job. Bob and Kyle did an outstanding job, very professional, and they were finished in a day and a half. I would, and have recommended Sun Service to my neighbors that are needing work and anyone that is needing a new installation or just a repair to their existing system."
