"Where do I start?!? If I could give Jason 10 stars, I would. He was at my house an hour after I called in a panic when several drains were clogged and unusable. He was professional, friendly, and got right to work. His experience and problem-solving skills were clear right from the start. When my old pipes for one drain didn’t allow him to snake down far enough to clear the clog, he simply moved to another drain to do what needed to be done. Shortly after that, the clog(s) was cleared. When I despaired out loud while he was in the first drain that it didn’t sound promising, he simply replied, “Don’t worry, I’ll get it cleared!” I would absolutely recommend Jason to anyone and everyone who needs an experienced, honest, friendly and hard-working plumber, and will be sending my family and friends his contact information. "The biggest issue I had is, they have an employee who I have banned from the house. Because he lied, and he made a mess one time in fixing something and swept the crumbs of the sheet rocks that he made while he was doing the work, swept it under my bath mat. So I complained to a supervisor and the supervisor had him call, he didn't reach me but he left a message that was " This is James, I'm sorry I made a mess, Goodbye" that was his message. The company continued to employ him and when I called, because the geothermal apparently needed some fair amount of tinkering to get them right, when I had called for service, I have been very specific, do not send James, I will turn him away and they basically said yes, we're aware of that. I wouldn't hire them again, I'm not so angry with him that I'm telling everyone about the job that they did, so when someone brings up heating and they're asking for recommendations, I recommend other companies."
