I had bought a deal previously through Angie's list and used them, so in spite of that, I hired them to come out and inspect my dryer, which was squeaking like crazy. "They're a big, big company with a fleet of trucks.  They're huge.  Service America is one of the two largest home warranty companies in the United States.  They provide home warranties for an annual fee, and then they also provide heating and ventilation, air conditioning check-ups, and they also will come out and repair major appliances, ceiling fans, or electrical or plumbing, or anything like that.  They did a good job.  They do good work when they come out, but they do have a tendency to be chronically late for their appointments and even to just blow off their appointments and not show up at all and not call.  When they show up, they do a good job.  Keep in mind, when I give them anything less than an A, that's not a reference to that appointment in early March; that would be A, A, A, A, A across the board.  They were on time; no problem at all at that last appointment.  "
