"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! I called Theta Electric on Tuesday morning (9/2) and spoke to a well versed customer service person. She shared information about Theta Electric, including that their electricians had background checks, which I appreciated. Once I shared with her what I needed she promptly made the appointment for the panel replacement for the very next day (9/3).

That afternoon (9/2) Keith Sutter called to ask if he could come by to review the needs of the job, to ensure that when he arrived on 9/3 he all of the needed parts (no charge), I said yes and Keith arrived at the agreed upon time.

Keith arrived at the scheduled time on 9/3 and promptly began the job. Partway into the job Keith shared that he had found an issue with wiring from the pool into the panel, it had been done incorrectly. He needed parts and returned in less than a half an hour with the needed parts to complete the job. The job was completed within the amount of time I was told it would take AND at the price that I was quoted!

Keith Sutter was professional, friendly and left the work area clean and neat, I could not have asked for a better service person to take care of our home's electrical needs. "We had a leak in our 12 year old water heater so had Your Home Services come out to take a look. It was leaking all over the place so they advised we replace with a new unit. Everything went smooth, great service all around and a pretty quick install. It happened on New Year's Eve so we had to wait until after the holiday, but that's totally understandable. All around happy with the work and will use them again for future plumbing (and A/C) needs."
