"I scheduled Manly Maids to come out on Thursday 9/12/13 at 9AM. They showed up on time and went to work. My pool was leaking badly and they traced the leak to a bad light in the pool. I had previously been told that the light cord had fused with the conduit and there was no way to replace the light without digging and busting concrete. For a reasonable additional fee, Manly Maids agreed to fix the light. I was skeptical but 4 hours later he had replaced the light and fixed the leak around the light. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my problem....my pool still leaked. I called the again on Friday 9/13/13 and they agreed to come out on Monday 09/16/13. The service tech showed up and very quickly found a second huge leak at the other end of the pool....he quickly fixed it at no additional charge (they guarantee their work). so in short, for $195, Manly Maids made 2 trips to my pool and solved not one but Two huge leaks.....in my book, that is a deal!

"Overall good! The personal attention and customer service is WHY we wanted to go with Brock. Although this is a smaller pool, the design and details are often just as complex if not more so than an average pool build. The overall beauty of the pool is astounding and gets many compliments from friends, neighbors and visitors. The fireplace on cool nights is so beautiful and the gas heated pool can be enjoyed year-round. As with any project there are always challenges. For us, the deck was the most difficult piece. It created delays in overall construction plan as you will see in the next sentences. The first challenge were the planter holes. They needed very special barriers because of the bamboo. Since this was not fully understood, pool pipes ran through the planters and the bamboo barriers had to very heavily modified compromising their integrity. Next the pool deck did not drain fully and today has areas which hold thin pools of water and dirt. Brock worked with us extensively to mitigate and change the drainage and we were appreciative. However, today, they are still there and collect water and dirt but can be cleaned with broom or water hose."
