"The entire staff at New Birth Landscaping are great to work with. Setting an appointment was a piece-of-cake and Chris showed-up right on time and got right to work with his helper (whose name escapes me). It took them about five minutes to properly diagnose a problem I had been working on for days and the repair was done quickly and efficiently and all of a sudden I had a properly working lawn sprinkler system. In fact, the repair they did will save us a lot of money in water bills starting with the next scheduled watering. I recommend these guys to anyone that wants great work at a reasonable price. New Birth Landscaping will be my first call next time I need a sprinkler repair, a new system, or lands aping work. I trust these people to be fair, honest, and to do a great job the first time."

"This co. installed a new sprinkler system due to us having a pool built in our backyard. We also had artificial turf installed in the backyard, so we only needed sprinklers on the sides of the house, in the front and of course the flowerbeds. At least 4 different irrigation companies either couldn’t do the job, or promised to give me a quote and never even bothered to show up. "Approximately 3 years ago, this company installed a complete sprinkler system for us.  They did a fabulous job and we were thrilled with the results.  This spring, one of the stations quit working.  I contacted Mr. Wood and he sent Luis out to fix the problem.  Luis showed up exactly when he said he would (always a plus in my book) and discovered that we had inadvertently cut the wire to that particular station (probably when we moved some landscape lights around).  He fixed it lickety split and also fixed a rusted connection to my rain gauge.  The system is working perfectly once again.  Thanks for a job well done! <br />"

"Slater Lawn has always been great about coming out any time we needed work done on our sprinkler system. We had one issue where the wires were pulled up out of a valve box and apparently not put back right. They were able to fix the issue quickly. Recently, a concrete company poured a slab and destroyed the pvc piping where they poured causing my system to leak under the slab. It has been a nightmare to deal with but Slater's guys have been great. They scheduled the appointment time, showed up when they were scheduled, did the work.. then came back when we realized there was a second leak. They work hard, fast and they get it done professionally and are always ALWAYS courteous. Its sad that they have to come fix what someone else broke."

"We were very pleased from the very beginning.  We contacted 3 companies to get estimates.  Chris from BNC contacted us immediately to set up an appointment for the estimate.  One of the other companies never called us back and the other company called initially, though didn't call for weeks to schedule an appointment.  Chris was very knowledgeable of the system and the cities requirements.  He was also very professional.  He was upfront and let us know that they were probably not the cheapest but assured us that the job would be done correctly.  Due to the rain the actual installation had to be delayed, though Chris kept in contact with us and installed the system as soon as the weather allowed.  During the initial install, one small area was missed though they came back immediately to install once it was discovered.  Chris was very thorough in explaining the operations of the new system and has made himself available for any questions that we have.  The system has worked just as promised and our yard is looking great. <br />"

Mark Patterson planned the 12-station system I need for my garden in May 2001, giving excellent advice (as, "no, you really shouldn't ignore those strips between sidewalk and street"), including shrub risers, soaker hose, and regular pop-up heads as needed for different locations, and originally leaving one station open for a small addition I planned to install later. He planned for garden growth. The system is still perfect after 14 years, with excellent, efficient water distribution as plantings have matured. <br /> Over time, Phillips has added in that last station (to cover a small kitchen garden area) and made a number of minor repairs as needed. Repairs were for such things as station 6 electric valve replacement, and the time I sliced through a line while digging a new planting hole, not defects needing correction but repairing the the effects normal wear-and-tear over the years. <br /> Basically, Mr. Phillips' colleagues and employees are really, really good at what they do, and they do it with absolute integrity as well as deep knowledge of horticulture and landscaping principles. <br />"
