I called 14 companies to check on availability and Comfort Energy was the only one who had an opening within the week. I confirmed with them and was very pleasantly surprised. They confirmed not only the day and time, but also the exact make, model, ans serial number of the unit to ensure they had all the information they needed. In the meantime, my husband was able to get the unit going by installing a new capacitor himself, which he had done in the past, but wanted to go ahead with the service call so we could have the whole system checked out in case there were other issues. The day before the appointment, I received a text confirming the appointment time. I asked that the service technician call 30 minutes before arrival, which he did.
