"Del of Design Xpressions impressed me with his response time, sticking to the agreed schedule, and making a great repair on a full view storm door others had said needed to be replaced. He saved us hundreds of dollars and did an extremely professional repair (air pump, door handle, and locking mechanism). Great job done!"

"The technician was very polite and clean. He explained what was broken and what caused it to be broke. He Then he showed me different options of faucets to choose from."

"The technician knew just what to do to open the clogged drain in our old home, including opening the pipe in the basement to properly snake the lower part of the pipe.

"Everything went great, we have been using Ryan for 3 years now for any of plumbing needs. We have used him for little projects such as installing a new water heater to big projects like installing a new shower and putting in kitchen countertops and a new kitchen sink. My wife and I have always been impressed with his work, and how fair the pricing for the work was. I would 100% recommend R.C. Plumbing."

"Roy looked at our heater & determined it needed to be replaced & gave us our options. Once we decided he had to go get it and had it installed within an hr. Definitely going to have them back to do some other plumbing for us."

"Had a leaky pipe in the kitchen sink, as well as a couple of other potential issues. Got three estimates, and Super Rooter was in line with the others. But I chose them because the owner's son, Frank (I believe that's his name . . . they were here in July, so obviously this is a delayed review), was patient in answering all of my myriad questions and I appreciated that. He came back to do the job at the kitchen sink, and he did it well. Ultimately, I didn't need to address either of the other two things I had initially got estimates for (though I might have to with one of them . . . my fingers are crossed). I give them a "B" on price because I can't accurately gauge the market price for the service that was rendered, but since Super Rooter was in line with the others I'll give them a positive grade. And I give them a "B" on responsiveness because after Frank went back to the office with marching orders to have them follow up to set up a service call, I never heard from them. And so, several days later, I was surprised when Frank rang my doorbell with tools in hand. This is a family-run business, and evidently the mother and/or sister responsible for making appointments fumbled the assignment because they never called me. It’s a good thing I work from home and was around. I probably should give them a “C” for that, but Frank helped them gain the “B” when he called to say he’d be late before arriving to give the initial estimate. Regardless, I won’t hesitate to call Super Rooter if and when the next plumbing issue arises."

"Called to get my heater serviced/repaired. Response was quick and work was done very professionally. I will definitely recommend there services again!"

"We purchased a house and adding a whole house water filter was on our list. Our local Orbit dealer performed a free water test and confirmed a that a lot of the junk we had read was in our city water was in fact there. Our previous house also had hard water and we saw firsthand what it did to our pipes and hot water tank. Plus we were tired of a filtered water pitcher taking up space in our refrigerator. Our sales person went over all of the features of the Puronics 7000 system and outlined the maintenance which simple and easy to understand. Installation took place about two weeks later and the guys were done in a day. About a year out and we're still very happy with the improved water quality and the system itself works great."

"Overall, my experience with them was very good. Luiz has a great eye for color, and made choosing my colors incredibly easy."

"Pat was always a phone call or text away. Huge relationship to have since you never know when your pipes will need ASAP repair. He’s always there if you need him at a reasonable time and is professional and does great work for a price that can’t be beat. He’s a hard worker! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
