"Third times a charm. When I couldn’t start my laptop, I thought it might have been the battery. I took it to a data recovery “business” and regretted it. He immediately charged me for a diagnostic test. He told me he successfully backed up my laptop — he didn’t — and needed my login information. I wasn’t comfortable with what he was telling me. I decided to just take my laptop back and cut my losses. He assured me nobody would be able to recover my data and that I would have to come back to him to retrieve it. He was wrong. I called around and one company was going to charge me $900 minimum. Seriously? Ultimately I was referred to Danielle’s PC Repair but she had a busy schedule and wouldn’t be able to assist me for over a week. Yet she took the time to respond back via text after I explained my situation. She then gave me a list of other places to contact. I did reach out to another computer repair business for help. But I don’t think they really looked into discovering what the problem was or tried to retrieve my files. By that time, Danielle was available! Long story short, she was everything a PC repair company should be — knowledgeable, sharp, speaks in layman’s terms, follows up, communicates extremely well, professional, friendly, listens, and a genius. She not only found all my files, but she cleaned up my laptop, put all my files back where they belonged, and provided helpful tips and solutions. And to boot — affordable! And did I tell you she found my files? I thought they disappeared for good. Happy tears! She kept me posted the entire time, and her turnaround was fast. I can’t thank her enough. She is now my go-to for all PC repairs and I’ll be recommending her to everyone."

"Mark is not only knowledgeable, but very easy to talk to. I am not very knowledgeable <br />on the computer. He had a great deal of patience with me. He got rid of a lot of useless information, and helped me access what I needed. He let me know the charges after I has used my initial time and explained all the charges up front. He told me if I had any issues or did not understand something to call him back. I did have somethings I did not understand and after calling him back and talking them through I decided the best thing to do is buy a new computer as mine is extremely out of date and does not suit my needs. Mark does not sell computers, but took the time to tell me based on my usage and needs, what I should buy. He did all this at no charge and even told me that I could call him if I had questions when purchasing the machine. I'm sure I will definitely call if I need help in the future and can't say enough about him."

"Great! Harold bought and installed the modem. He also had to pick up a 2-way splitter and plug so 3 items could be on the same outlet. I have my phone through TWC so I had to keep their modem (no charge) just for the phone. He was able to help me within 2 days after I called. He had a lot of extra work to do because of the way TWC originally set me up. While working on the installation he was very helpful in answering all the questions I asked him about working on my computer. I've used his company before and I would again. Note: cost of service included the purchase of the modem, splitter & plug."

"<p>Somehow my laptop corrupted the operating system and would not even boot up. Alexander Technical Resources (Spencer) came to my house to try to repair my computer. We decided that my computer needed to go to their repair facility for some serious work. They were able to save all my data, ran thorough diagnostics and repaired my computer. It was such a relief that I did not loose and data.</p> <p>This is the second time I have used them.
