Based in Cincinnati, we take care of the tri-state area but we have expanded our operations to the Dayton area now. Ethical contractors would admit their mistake and re-order the correct size windows. still owes me over $1k. I filed a BBB complaint and Kevin didn't respond to it so his BBB license has been revoked. Good luck if you make the poor choice to employ his services."
