"I have a 2 story house and had made several attempts to power wash it myself with limited success. It takes hours, I get wet, and I can only reach about 8 feet high so the top of the house still looked terrible. Even doing the patio takes most of a day....I did check my plants they don't seem to be effected by the bleach solution. I believe it better wash the house in the fall when the plants are starting to go dormant. Shane from KT Services was great. I used Home Advisor to find power washing services in my area. Shane called within 5 minutes of me sending the request for an estimate. He was able to fit me into his schedule that week and gave me a great deal. I wanted the algae and mold washed off the house and figured I could do the patio and driveway myself later. He included the whole house, front porch, driveway, patio, even the public sidewalk in front of the house for one flat rate. Be sure to ask him if he has any specials. Below are the before and after pictures, it looks fantastic now. I was concerned about someone climbing ladders to wash the upstairs but Shane assured me his equipment could reach up to 3 stories without him ever leaving the ground. He brought all the equipment, he just needed access to our water. He uses a mild bleach solution so not only does he clean but the bleach kills any microscopic mold or algae left behind so it prevents regrowth for quite a while. I will update if it affects my plants but it's been 2 days and so far they seem fine. Probably because he works so quickly, not much of the cleaner gets to the ground. When I do my patio, it probably uses thousands of gallons of water and takes all afternoon. Shane did the whole job in about 2 hours."

"Thank you Start to Finish for making my house look beautiful. I contracted with this company almost a year ago, I was a client of Lawn Pride for almost 8 years. I don't regret the change at all. They are a great company, with solid values. They put the customer first, and their expertise and professionalism is subpar. I have used three different services from S2F, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. 1. They provide maintenance for my lawn, the combination of products they use is just perfect for my lawn, my grass is green, healthy and free of weeds. The technician is courteous and professional, he takes the time to put his machine through the small gate in the fenced backyard. He hasn't hit it once. Kudos for a great maneuvering skills. 2. Last year, I met with Cameron, and we talked about outdoor lighting. He recommended a set of Bluetooth color changing lights. As you can see from the pictures, you can seamlessly change the lighting colors from your phone. There is a huge array of colors, with the option of alternating the scene with up to three different colors. The installation was quick and efficient and the product worked right away. They have a very good warranty and don't consume a lot of energy. The price was reasonable and scheduling was very quick, even in the middle of January. 3. This spring, they mulched and cleaned my mulch beds for the first time ever, I have always done this myself thinking I can cut costs. It is totally worth it to let professionals do this. As you can see from the pictures, the level of detail in every mulch bed is something I can't achieve. They also buried the downspouts, this helps tremendously to control water from coming in the basement. This was done two weeks ago, and you can't notice the cuts in the grass anymore. The price was reasonable, and the work was done very well. Overall, I give Start to Finish a 5 out of 5 in every aspect of their work. Patio has narrow access to it from driveway - Karl's small Bobcat tractor was able to maneuver in tight spaces. Old concrete was removed, new bed of limestone footing installed, and foam barrier installed against house. They repaired previously unseen void in concrete porch step next to patio. Poured concrete to ensure drainage away from house, used brushed finish. Can't believe how much better it looks now with the new concrete!  Well worth the investment.
