"As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. I'm confident that my days (and nights!) with the shopvac and flooded basement are finally over, and grateful they stand behind their work for a full year. Good contractors are hard to find. "My husband and I were introduced to B-DRY SYSTEMS OF SOUTHERN NY, in 2011. Whenever it rained our basement would get puddles, as the basement is partially below ground level. We were told by an acquaintance, that B-DRY had installed their system in a local firehouse, where flooding was problematic. We called B-DRY and a representative came to our home. He inspected our basement and exterior and went on to explain exactly how their system would be installed in our basement and the equipment that would accompany it. An estimate was given and and soon afterwards, the work and installation began. The workmen were polite and knowledgeable and at the end of completion each day, they left our basement and driveway tidy. Twelve years late, now 2023, our basement system is still operating well. With the most recent rainstorm dumping approximately 7.5” of rain in our area, the system continued to function even after one pump stopped working. The secondary pump (system is set up with two pumps) picked up immediately, without residual problems. We called the company and the same day a technician came and replaced the one pump, checking to make sure that everything was operating well. We cannot offer any complaints. Management stands behind their product! Realize, that the cost we paid in 2011, would not reflect what the same basement system would cost today!!"

"The contractor, Noah White and his team showed up on the pre-arranged date and pretty much worked from the crack of dawn until dusk...5 days a week.  My wife and I were amazed on just how quickly the work was being performed and how meticulous the team was.  Everything was spot on and the site was cleaned up at the end of every work day.  If there were any issues or missed opportunities,  Noah worked with us immediately to accommodate our needs.  At the same time this project was underway, Noah did work on our sagging porch and reinforced our A/C units. <br /> Bottom line....the work was completed on time, within the exact estimate and was PERFECT in every detail.  Our grade is A+  <br /> We LOVE our new room  and recent visitors are amazed at how good it looks and how quickly the job was completed.
