John was very professional and explained all of our options and what his professional option was on what type of water heater would be best suited for my family needs. The quote was very good with a few payment options so that we could have it done immediately. The office staff was very professional and helped me with any questions I had about payments, financing and scheduling my services. I was able to have the water heater put in the next day aftering getting a quote. My two technicians Mike. M and Mike. B (funny my husband's name is Mike too) were amazing, professional and kept me informed with everything they were doing.
