I had a couple of other quotes that involved various iterations of "replace the old water heater and add these other features at the same time", and we were able to talk through the suggestions and determine what was really necessary. The final quote was very competitive, the new water heater is working great, and the installation itself was fast and without any problems that they couldn't solve without me!"
