"Steve and his crew were excellent. They tried to be out the same day I called (Thursday), but a previous job went longer than expected, so they agreed to come out on Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. They showed up right on time, removed the old water heater and promptly installed the new one. I actually had to leave town on Thursday, but my roommate was there to let them in Friday; Steve called me periodically with updates and kept me informed every step of the way. "I am more than pleased with Aqua Plumbing. First of all they immediately responded to my project request to arrange a visit. Vince and Mike are cordial and very competent professionals. I needed work on my heating system equipment (gas boiler). They were able to do the work right away. They also bled and refilled all the radiators and installed a new shut off on the water line. "Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. "Heat exchanger had cracked on the old furnace. Had a slow carbon monoxide leak into my house. Once leak was discovered we immediately stopped using the furnace. Can't say enough about the Christian team. They didn't try to sell me a product i didn't need. They were extremely responsive to my initial call. The company also let me borrow two space heaters so that my house wouldn't freeze until the installation date. The installation itself went well with no major issues.
