"Technician arrived on time as promised, quickly diagnosed and resolved issue (broken wire), and then thoroughly checked unit. Other vendor had come out and recommended replacement - glad we went with American Family Heating & AC!"

"Professional and did a great job replacing out water heater"

"Alfonzo arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. Him and I looked at the work I wanted completed together. He gave me two options. A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

"Marko and he’s crew did a great job installing a new water heater and exterior water spigot. The work was professionally done and the price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them."

"See above comment. James did a Great job and did. Additional service to call the manufacture of my water heater to get a replacement gas valve sent to me as it was still under warranty. He went out if his way to provide service above and beyond."

"The crew was on time (slightly ahead of schedule), through in their work, professional, cleaned up before/after, and highly responsive. Scheduling was done through text, as was the pre-consultation. Further, PorterHouse was price competitive, and offered me one of the better quotes/prices for a water heater replacement."

"Very professional, friendly, clean and fast. He even fixed some bad plumbing the original installer had put in, without charging or complaining. Price was what he quoted plus a few hoses and valves that had to be replaced. Would definitely hire again."

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. Thank you Four Seasons for responding quickly and bringing me hot water."

"Replaced water heater multi-unit building same day."

"Patrick was very responsive to my texts relates to product information and quotes. He is very knowledgeable about the trade and he is great with customers. His service was prompt and the installation went smoothly. After the installation, I referred another friend to Patrick on water heater replacement."
