Their sales representative, Annemarie listened to our needs and concerns before the design process started. She suggested helpful design alternatives and provided examples for our completed design. She explained before we signed the contract, the agreed cost in our contract is the last price we pay at the end of the work unless we change the scope of work. The installers, Edwin, Evan, and Coltin were on time for the removal and installation. They explained the process before starting the work and provided updated progress information. They were very considerate of our living conditions and protected our home from any damage. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and dedicated to getting the work done right. It was our experience that Wests Shore Home was friendly, honest, responsive, and dedicated to making our experience as enjoyable as possible. "We had a water main pipe burst underneath our house, and needed to get a galvanized pipe replaced with a copper pipe running from the street to under our house. We had gotten several estimates from other plumbers and Neighborly had the best deal. When Matt came over he identified the issue very quickly and described what would need to be done. We had recently done some landscaping in the front yard and planted native & pollinator-friendly plants and didn't want any of them damaged. Neighborly was the only one that offered to hand dig the holes needed for a trenchless water main installation in order to protect the plants. They showed great care in the work they were doing and their receptionist and scheduler Julie was very kind, informative, and transparent with everything. I ended up having them install a tankless water heater shortly after their water main work as well. Overall an amazing, trustworthy, and caring team with great up-front pricing."
