"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."

"After almost a year of moving into our new home, we experienced our worst nightmare. Our not one but two basement levels had visible signs of water penetration from the previous homeowner's negligence. A record year of rainfall along with improper grading of the home helped unmask many issues to the surface we never thought about when we first bought the home. It was a very hopeless feeling to experience and go through. It has been about a half year past the project completion and we had not had any signs of water penetration inside our home, even with quite a bit of rainfall afterwards. He has checked back with us after the project was completed to see how things were and has offered to come back if we had any questions or problems which is reassuring.
