The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"

They were very beautiful and the person who did them, Kurt, did a really good job and he is a very nice person, someone I can trust in my home. Very great and prompt service. "They got the extremely difficult marble cuts completed that I could not.  However, your ad states contract work including tile.  Owner (Shawn), stated that tile was not a part of this package.  They went ahead and performed the work anyways.  I was told by one of their PM's Zack via voicemail that "generally factor 20% material waste when cutting tile".  Over 40% was wasted and cuts were extremely chipped, as if pushing the tile through blade too fast.  I've cut enough marble tile to know.  Overall, for a company with a good rating on Angie's List, quality was not up to par, all else was at a C or above.  I would probably just try and finish the job myself next time and avoid SL Green.

"Company is very knowledgeable (the how to's and materials to be used)about all they inspected including state/county laws governing these systems ie. what excavators are to do to insure dry foundations and basements.  This company has general contractor experience and background education for general contracting so several areas get checked very thoroughly.

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "

"We hired Bryon and Cory from Renovation Inc. about a year ago to install a flared skylight in our kitchen dining room. Turned out awesome. About that same time, we were considering a rather large remodel both bathrooms walk-in jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower in the master bedroom, requiring a complete demo and re-framed, floors, kitchen a complete gut out with all new appliances and cabinets and a sunroom-dining room combo addition about 830 sq feet. While also adding a new heating and cooling system (Trane)... also replacing and upgrading the electrical panel. We just started stage one about 2 weeks back and all is well... Renovations Inc. now has access to an infamous top of the line cabinets brand. Folks if you are looking for a step above the rest Grade A outstanding cabinet maker and a company to install them, you cannot miss with this combination their stunningly beautiful and well priced. We went with the cherry wood mahogany stain, top of the line doors and appliances. Using Bella Pietra in a quartz countertop and backsplash from a top of the line quartz manufacturer. To give you an idea on price, the closest bid for the cabinets was over $18000 above Bryons price. I can assure you, you are going to give a quality job at a reasonable price. Bryon and Cory have a good crew, with a few well vetted and competent sub-contractors. A must in this business. We are in stage 1 of a 4 stage remodel and could not be happier. Yes, Renovations Inc. is busy. Yes, we waited, planned, staged and pulled the trigger. I would highly recommend Renovations Inc. From small jobs to large remodels you are not gonna find a better crew or a better price in my humble opinion."
