"From demo to finish 1 week. Very talented crew. Plumbers, electricians, tile and carpenters were excellent. Very very pleased. Feel so lucky we chose Norman, and John to work with."

"My whole family agrees this project came out even better than we ever imagined. Mr. Jeff Hagerman and his team at Northgate construction did a wonderful job including his electrician Kevin they were both very professional and friendly they gave us excellent advice on the typical curveballs that come up during a renovation and we couldn’t be happier. His pricing was very fair his work ethic is excellent and he came in on time and on budget we give them five stars 10 ? and ? if we could…. I give them my highest recommendation for any home renovation project on Long Island…"

"My wife had visualized her dream kitchen for years. Fine design came in and answered all her questions and delivered the kitchen that made her dreams come true. What impressed us in addition to the quality of the work was the consideration for the cleanliness of our home. I was so impressed that after the kitchen was done I had Fine Design come in to redo the rest of my home. From all the bathrooms to all the bedrooms and even the laundry room. My wife and I are delighted we contracted with Fine Design and are sure you would be too."

"Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our extensive interior and exterior renovation, which included a new addition. The project covered everything from a new structural roof with shingles and skylights to new construction windows and doors, siding, a Trex deck, and fully renovated kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. They also refinished a bedroom and installed beautiful hardwood floors. As with any large project, a few unexpected challenges came up, but Jose handled them with professionalism and kept everything moving forward smoothly. His craftsmanship is excellent, and he’s not only easy to work with but also patient and highly skilled at problem-solving. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Jose again for future projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work and a reliable contractor."

"This is our second time using JBL home improvement. Dave and the JBL crew are excellent people to work with. They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. They always gave us options and opinions for furnishing placement. We are looking forward to using JBL for our future home renovations."

"We've had nothing but great experiences with US Home Remodeling. They've done multiple projects for us over the years and we've always been very pleased with the results. Our most recent project was a very large extension and renovation and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are great with communication - if we need something they respond quickly and take care of whatever it may be. We highly recommend them."

This is the 2nd major project I contracted Art DeRosa & Co for.  The 1st being 4 years ago a major living room/family room renovation which was hugely successful.  That 1st experience led me to award Art (after several other competitive quotes) this 2nd and far larger & more complex project.

Overall it went well but this was a complicated project encompassing all the typical trades and expertise of building a new luxury house but far more complicated because it was a renovation performed while we were living in the home. Dust partition walls with wood framing had to be erected in several locations in the house which included temporary doors for entering and egress in certain areas of the remaining living areas of the house in order to protect the remaining house from dust and demolition , as well as, provide privacy for us during construction.

Experience, Experience, Experience and Professionalism, Professionalism, Professionalism are the hallmarks of Art DeRosa and company.  He is a seasoned performer and pretty much seen it all.  Art has such a vast amount of home construction experience in both hi-end and medium end homes that he can draw upon a wealth of knowledge in all construction disciplines to implement a fine finished result.  As a former tool and die maker his penchant for hi-precision finish work yields highest quality appearances to things like moldings; trim; windows; doors; floors; etc. etc.

This complex renovation project lasted 7 months which was within the initial time estimate given at the beginning and Art DeRosa and team were here every single day, day in and day out,  bright and early during that time frame. He did not start any other projects and stayed on the job day-in and day-out even when other sub-contractors such as plumbers and electricians were on the job site excluding his people from doing any other work. Art DeRosa and team were here every single day until final signoff.

I would not hesitate to recommend Art DeRosa & Co for any planned New House and/or House Renovation of any kind.

"Inson is an excellent person to work with. He puts in the time to make sure that he understands what you want and then is able to translate that into incredible design work. Every single person who has entered our apartment post-reno has commented on how amazing it looks. We were very lucky to find him and benefit from his expertise as well as the great contractor and team of builders he works with. Also, when he says he comes in on time and on budget, he means it - we had a very tight window for renovation and everything was finished on time as promised. Highly recommend."

"Extended dinning room Remodeling kitchen Remodeled 3 bathrooms, floors, windows, roofing and house siding were done very well. Everything was finished on time, and the communication was thorough throughout the entire job. The price was very reasonable and all workers were very professional. A very great experience with excellent results. Would only consider for any other project and would highly recommend to anyone else that is considering."

"We recently hired Milton and his team for a large scaled renovation job for our basement. The job included floor leveling, vinyl flooring installation, interior painting, and electrical work. We are very pleased with how well the job was done. The team was incredibly efficient, detailed, and professional. Very easy to communicate! We would 100% have Milton back for other tasks and also refer him to our neighbours and friends."
