"We could not be happier with Charles Schwartz and Environmental Assessment & Solutions. We had a sudden severe mold outbreak from a leak in the boiler that caused serious damage to our basement. Charles was on scene within several hours, and was able to locate and stop the leak himself. He was highly organized, professional, and efficient and got the air testing and repair process underway in lightning time. As someone on chemotherapy to whom mold is potentially dangerous, I especially appreciated his professional background in health services. He always did what he said he was going to do, when he said it was going to be done. He saw us through every step of the process. Not only did he perform all services to our great satisfaction, he also seemed to genuinely care about our well being. This was a major crisis for our household, and we feel very grateful that we found such a consummate and experienced professional to help us navigate the process from beginning to end. Would highly recommend Charles and Environmental Assessment & Solutions to everyone."

"John is a real professional. He answered all my questions about our mold issue and timeline for the work. Once I decided to go with his bid, he scheduled the appointment for the next day. When he arrived he did the work quickly and provided a full report along with my test results the very next day. He did everything he said he was going to do, and even walked me through the report so I knew what my options were for next steps. He even offered referrals for the remediation work that needed to be done. I?d recommend Sound Environmental and John to anyone who has any type of mold issue and needs some environmental testing. He was professional, thorough, and expedient."

"I had a mold assessment done on my house in Northport, New York. Chris found a leak in my bathroom and we pulled up the sheet rock to discover mold. Itâ s all handled now 100% recommend using Long Island Mold Testing for any of your needs."

"Angels come in many forms, and I never thought one would come in the form of my mold inspector. Dr. Irwin was truly exceptional. Not only was his inspection incredibly thorough and detailed, but the level of compassion, concern, and genuine care he showed during such a stressful time was unmatched. As a young woman living alone who knows very little about home inspections, mold, or maintenance issues, feeling safe and informed meant everything. Dr. Irwin explained everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. He was punctual, responsive, accommodated me with an earlier appointment, acted with urgency, followed up with aftercare guidance, and delivered a detailed report quickly. He genuinely cared about my wellbeing, not just completing the job. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, compassionate, and committed to making sure your home is truly safe, look no further."

"Guy of C&G Restorations is the one bright spot in the issue of having mold in your home. He and his team are remarkably professional. His prices are very reasonable, which I learned after overpaying for a previous mold issue. He's works quickly and thoroughly and leaves the area absolutely spotless. In addition, Guy and his team do not break anything or throw anything out without your knowledge and permission, which happened with the first company I used. Guy explains everything, every step of the way. His friendly manner makes him very easy to deal with, and he replies to texts, phone calls, and/or email in a flash. I wish service companies for all home needs were this wonderful. I hope your home never has mold, but if you do, Guy/C&G Restorations is the absolute best company to work with."
