"The project went well. MDS PNW Construction did everything that we asked of them. I'd use this contractor again, if and when I have another project."

"Great communications. Repaired my deck in half the time estimated and did an excellent job. Would definately hire them again."

"From start to finish Chris and his two workers exceeded my expectations. Start date and finish date was completed on schedule. The workers showed up “EVERY DAY” on time. While the workers were performing their work Chris brought them all the materials needed so there was no hold ups. This patio was built tornado proof and the stand alone patio roof with a smoked polycarbonate really complimented the whole job. The 6’ stairs off the patio was also bulletproof proof with aluminum hand rails off each side. Every day when the workers went home they made sure there was no mess left. Upon completion of the (6) day job from demo to build the professionalism clearly deserved an A+. Chris also checked to make sure there was no wobble in the free standing cover. He had his guys come back the following day to add a couple supports to stiffen it up. Chris pay close attention to even the smallest details. This company was a delight to work with and Chris did everything he could to make this a smooth transaction. I would recommend Chris and his crew to anyone needing construction. I kept the crew in “Triple” Chocolate Chip Cookies & RC Cola throughout the job on their break each day. Price quoted was right on, no surprises."

"What can I say? Leo and his team are incredible. Our house was old and tired and we hired Leo to build a large front porch, that we hoped, would change the curb appeal. We wanted a multilevel porch and broad, across the front of the home, with 3 separate stair cases. The end product has simply given new life to our home! It is an incredible porch, master crafting, superior finish, takes my breath away! We strongly recommend Leo and his team, for anyone who needs work done, as we will in the future for any and all remodel or repair needs we may have."

"I just finished up a major 2 bathroom remodel in my home. Upstairs full bath and downstairs Master Bath. There was not a square inch of either bathroom that was untouched. Carlos and his team always showed up when expected, respected our home and property, always left the space clean at end of day. Like many remodels, you don't know what your getting into until walls are exposed. Carlos dealt with all the twists and turns of our remodel with clear communication of options and more than once his professional advise on options was invaluable. I am very happy with results and would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects."

"Best experience ever. Collaborative and hands-on with so much design experience and support all along the way. Great guidance with the whole process and problem solving when needed. We feel heard and have a beautiful home. Thank you, Property Trio!"

"Mike, the owner, was excellent to work with. We hired him to do a whole house remodel including exterior landscaping and projects. We 100% recommend him for any home remodeling work and will call him again for any futures needs we may have. Thank you Mike!"

"He does what he says he's going to when he says he's going to if he's 5 minutes late you're going to hear about it one of the best contractors I've ever use."

"I found Paul on Craigslist and had him come out to look at my basement mother-in-law suite. The suite needed a big overhaul as the last time was probably in the 80's and it was pretty run down. Paul took his time and went over all of the details with me to explain exactly what was needed to do the renovation. Of the 4 or 5 contractors I had look at the project, Paul took the time necessary to look at what he was getting himself into before blindly committing and I appreciated that very much. I would much rather know up front what I'm getting into. Paul took about 3 weeks to complete the renovation with his team. He quoted me about 4 weeks so he was finished early which was nice. The quality was fantastic, he for sure knows what he is doing. The price was very fair imo for the time spent and the materials and for the quality of work. Since the major renovation, I've had a few other projects like replacing a house door, redoing a kitchen and redoing a bathroom that Paul did as well and they turned out very nice. Overall 5/5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone looking to redo a bathroom to major overhauls."
