They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. "My wife and I highly recommend Modern Flooring Services. We had 450 square feet of an irregular shaped floor covered with carpet upstairs that we wanted to replace with wood flooring. Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. He also did a great job of minimizing the dust. If we opt to install new flooring in the future, we will definitely hire Modern Flooring and request Patrick to install the floor."

Ben worked his magic and made that mosaic fireplace more beautiful than we could’ve hoped. He went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was able to pinpoint the problem ( water behind tiles/water damage), tear out only the tiles necessary to repair it and then apply proper seal and replace with new tiles. It looks fantastic. He was courteous, polite, did a good clean up each day and treated my home with respect. I would absolutely hire him again for any future project and would recommend him wholeheartedly."
