The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. "Existing plants (azaleas and iris) were moved and replaced without a problem. Carefully worked around old wisteria vine without issues. Wall was installed exactly as expected. Encountered unexpected problems with plugged existing drainage pipes which needed to be replaced. This was done at a minimum of extra cost and the replaced drainage system was better than the one originally in place. This understandably delayed completion of project by about a week which was otherwise on time and within budget. Staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and accessible. I definitely would use them again."

"Excellent. I had an old cracked crumbling driveway with a backed up drain. They came quickly and removed the stone, resolved and added beautiful pavers with a 5 year guarantee. They also repaired my aging retaining wall in the front yard. Team (Michael) was very involved and very responsive and definitely a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and would hire again."

"Was very happy with the work done by Kurt and his team. Our house is located on a large hill so this was not an easy job to remove the dirt and debris for existing retaining wall down two flights of stairs via wheelbarrow, and bringing the bricks for the new retaining wall up the hill. They were polite and professional, and left the area looking great and clean. They tore up the front yard a little bit where the wheelbarrow down the hill in the front yard, but it was probably unavoidable and they made sure to plant some new grass in those areas and it is growing back quickly. We are very happy with our new retaining wall. Would certainly use Kurt and his team again."

"We had been told by a home inspector and another chimney sweep/repair company that we needed to replace our damper with a new lock-top damper requiring an adapter - a costly repair on our budget.   Prior to committing to the repair, we called A&T to come out and give us a second opinion.  Dennis from A&T evaluated our chimney and determined that the damper was basically fine but just a little rusty.   They applied some oil to the damper so it would move more freely and that was that.  
Not only did they save us hundreds of dollars on a repair we didn't need, they charged $0 for the visit and the (admittedly minor) work.  Dennis also pointed out another important repair that was needed - the heat reflecting panels that line the inside of the fireplace were cracked, which is a potential fire hazard.  This hadn't even been mentioned by the home inspector or the other chimney company.
So although I can't judge the quality of their work beyond applying a bit of oil, I can attest to their courtesy, integrity and professionalism and say that  from now on, I will call them first for all of my chimney needs.

"Mike was awesome from the start. He showed up on time to discuss the work we needed for both the front and back yard. During this visit, he drew up a new design for the front yard and provided a written estimate for all work. My husband and I decided to go with work only for the front yard to save a bit of money right now, but overall we did feel that Mike's estimate was a fair price. We would hire him again to do the work for the back yard - no question.
As noted above, Mike and his crew completely overhauled our front yard, fixing drainage and grading issues that we had had for years, but were exacerbated by a recent large tree removal earlier this year. Mike needed to bring in a stump remover for more than half a day to complete the work that the tree removal service left behind - no extra charge.
After two days, we had a brand new front yard, complete with fresh new sod and new landscaping. It looks great! We are so pleased with the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves, and Mike has been available to answer any follow-on questions we've had since then, about care, etc.

"The work was done well overall, but I had to remove some large concrete pieces from the sloping areas around the edges. The original diggers had buried these close to the surface, which would have made landscaping impossible. This was not Jerry's fault, as they did not follow his instructions to break these up, and add them to the substrate rock under the patio base. There were delays due to the very bad weather, out of his control, but the re-scheduling needs could have been communicated better, in my opinion."

"It went really well. We used their services right after we bought the deal. I do not know if we spent more than the big deal price because my wife actually handled that part. I saw what they did but she took care of everything. The yard looked really nice and they cleaned things up really nicely. They had one tree that they said that they were not sure if it was going to make it but they said that they would replace it at their expense if it did not but that was not necessary because everything came through. I did not really deal with them that closely. I just saw the work that was done and I knew when they were here and when they left."
