After weeks of calling and leaving messages between Hope Depot my wide and I, to both the husband and wife that own the company, Home Depot finally got ahold of the company, end of November, They said that they had a bunch of orders hit their lap and were going through them and would be calling and setting up an install date. More weeks went by, all of us calling and leaving messages again, Home Depot finally got ahold of them for an install date in January 2023. The most unprofessional company. There is no reason they could have not returned anyones phone calls to tell us, hey we received your messages, we will get you taken care of, but no NOTHING! We recommend this company to NO ONE. Now, work wise, they came the day as promised, installed and did a good job. I just wish they were an ethical company."
