"I contacted Emergency Door Services with the request for a garage door opener replacement and possibly a new garage door. I received a phone call from them in 1-2 days after my request for services on Angi's List. They were very flexible when arranging a time for both our initial meeting and the installation. During the initial meeting Dylan was very thorough and answered every question. I was debating on whether to replace the actual garage door. I was very pleased when Dylan recommended against replacing the door saying it was still in good condition. He could have very easily tried to sell me a new door which would have been very expensive but, he was honest. He said they could just lubricate the rollers, which they did. I decided to go with the new opener. Again, they were very flexible to work around my time to do the installation. The worker that installed the garage door opener was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up as he went. They installed an opener with WiFi capability and a camera. The installer offered to help setup the WiFi and explained how everything worked. (I could have declined to use the WiFi capability) I really like the door opener they installed. It's smooth, quiet and works great. I also like the features it comes with. Overall, I'm VERY pleased with Emergency Door Services and would highly recommend them. I already referred a cousin to them for her new garage door."

"Bob was great.  He went out of his way to accommodate my schedule.  I bought sensors that were compatible with the garage door opener but it would have required changing the brackets.  He was able to bring the same sensor model I was using, eliminating the need for new brackets.  He looked over the door and lubricated the wheels.  Talked with me about annual maintenance, which I knew nothing about.  He was very helpful and answered a number of other questions I had about the opener and door.
