"Charles at Revamp Garage Door is the ONLY company that you want to consider hiring if you have an issue with a garage door. I actually had an issue where I had an old roll up door on the back of a box truck that needed to be replaced (it is similar to a garage door). It was a tricky job that other companies didn't even want to try doing. Charles however came out and took a look, put some serious thought into how the job would get done, and gave me a price. I should mention that there was almost ZERO room to work because I had machines bolted into the back of this truck, which made the job especially difficult. Charles came out the morning when he said he would with his friendly and hard working assistant Chubba, and then promptly found out that the job was going to be even more difficult than he'd initially expected due to all of the door panels on the new door already being attached to each other! But rather than complain or request a higher price, the two guys diligently got working. They had to leave and get more tools several times, and the new door installation took two full days rather than just the one, but the end result was a perfectly installed new roll up door that functions perfectly! This was a project that had taken me six months to resolve, and Charles was the ONLY guy that was brave enough, confident enough, and smart enough to take it on AND pull it off. The end result was a perfectly working door that we'll be able to get another 10-15 years out of if need be.
