Said he would come between 5:00 and 5:30 pm, and would call me 45 minutes before his ETA. He called / and was at my driveway sharp at 5:15pm. He worked for an hour and fixed the problem. This guy Eli is a very knowledgeable and skillful service man. He is also very funny and entertaining. Enjoyed talking to him for an hour / watch him work. I am happy. My garage doors are still so loud that if I'm in my bedroom (above the garage) they scare me every time they open.
