"I had been having trouble with my garage door since I moved into my house. It often did not open on the first try and made a really loud banging sound when it did. It was obviously unbalanced and needed extensive work. I was sure that the rails needed to be replaced and the door re-hung. I had even had another local garage door company in to see it but they weren't able to fix it. The guy from Murphy came the day after I called for an appointment and came exactly when he promised. He was there for over an hour and even though the problem had him stumped for a while, he kept at it until both he and I were satisfied. In the end, there were a LOT of minor tweaks to be done and a few parts replaced but he did what needed to be done and I was charged under $100. These are definitely the people I'll call again if I have future garage door issues."
