I was pregnant at the time and didn't feel comfortable with the chemicals they would have used. The worker didn't seem to know much about the product and safety. Not a big deal at all. I would use Sears again in the future.

I was very satisfied with his willingness to come quickly and to explain everything he did to make sure the door functioned properly, as well as to let me know that the door springs might be nearing the end of their useful life -- and what to look for if that happened..
