She is extremely friendly and patient; I had so many questions as the movers were going to have to go to 3 locations...to pick up and drop off. She never made me feel I was taking up her time. Called her multiple times and she always remembered my name. Main reason I went with this group. Movers showed up on time. Very professional and looked happy to tackle the job. At one point asked them to move a sofa to upstairs bedroom. It was very difficult and we could see it wasnâ t going to fit through door. The guys worked every angle possible; took all three of them but finally we told them it was time for a Pepsi break! We met as a group and my husband and I decided to change the plan. They were such good guys. After 3 1/2 hours of moving furniture to 3 different places, they finished on time! Bill was exactly what they had stated in estimate; no surprises. Another skill they offered was being able to pack the furniture being moved so that they could put the stuff we wanted to have unloaded into a storage unit at easy access. Then they packed that storage unit beautifully. Best moving service we have worked with in Anchorage. This is why we used them 3 times; and I know we will use them in the future.
